Gerald Soong
Associate Broker
Gerald discovered his passion for real estate in 2000 while attending BCIT. Early in his career he worked for local developers including Millennium Development and Bosa Properties.
Between 2004 – 2023 he was at Rennie, leading sales operations and later transitioning to a key leader in brokerage management expanding a boutique brokerage to over 250+ real estate advisors serving Metro Vancouver.
Progressing from a corporate environment allowed realignment with family, friends and his two Dachshunds. He’s excited to serve clients at a grassroots level providing guidance in their real estate endeavors.
